Photograph & Photographer of the year
For the Photograph & Photographer of the year members are invited to submit a maximum of four images taken during 2024.
The membership then voted and the results were revealed at our awards evening.
Congratulations to Rob Walton on winning the Photograph of the Year segment.
Two of Rob’s four entries received the same amount of votes so he scooped a double first.
A Grand Day out
This Gentleman is very much enjoying his day out on the East Lancashire Railway Gala and could be heard speaking about what a good time he was having, his good lady wife seated opposite seemed to be less enthusiastic.

Andrew Shenton attained Third place with Over the Edge
After running around at Nunthorpe station 68006 disappears down the steep gradient towards Gypsy Lane and Middlesborough, 3J78 08:35 Nunthorpe to Carlisle Kingmoor with 68001 leading.
Rob Walton also garnered enough votes to be awarded Photographer of the Year.
