Every Sunset
It's 15:50 on a cold winters afternoon and the sun has set at Ribblehead Viaduct on the Settle to Carlisle line as Avanti West coast Evero units No's 805010 and 805004 cross with the northbound 1Z92 1407 Preston to Carlisle.
The diversions over the S&C were taking place in the first two weeks of January 2026 due to the closure of the West coast Mainline south of Penrith because of a bridge replacement over the M6 motorway.
