There is a Storm Coming.
66003 is towing 37703 as the 0Z09 0826 Westbury to Paignton. The 37 had arrived at Westbury the previous day from Harry Needles Worksop facility.
The rough seas were a prelude to the storm which arrived the following day.
37703 will be restored at the Paignton and Dartmouth Railway.
As seen in issue 331 of Rail Express.
